The insulated structure had to be designed and installed around the clients existing ETV system that had to remain operational during the installation.

We provided 8No: individual temperature controlled areas within the ETV over three levels. All of the insulated structure had to be formed around the existing ETV system steelwork and roller beds.

Each individual store was fitted with a 7mm thick PRC Rapid Roll fast action door operated in conjunction with the ETV system.

Alongside this two individual coldstores were also installed at ground floor level to store the same product for individual pallet spaces.

All of the stores were fitted with large LED displays to enable operatives to check the temperatures from distance. A full temperature monitoring system was installed to allow local and remote monitoring via Email and SMS.

External monitoring of the systems also achieved via the server.
